Lowkey Done: Wines for a Wine Down (S4:E6)

We see the after effects of Issa and Molly’s blowout. Issa is trying to figure out how to find new friends and making her own personal stuffs to move forward. This show every episode is so relatable in many ways.

Issa. Bodegas Borsao Campo de Borja. Issa decides to attend a paint & sip and as usually brings her big jug of Carlos Rossi. Because I know boxed wine has improved in many years, this 3 liter box of Garnacha is what she should be drinking. It' goes down very easy and is actually delicious and well made.

Molly. 2018 Stadt Krems - Grüner Veltliner Kremstal. Molly is also navigating this new normal without Issa and she is probably putting her head down and work. But we see that she was grabbing food from her favorite Ethiopian spot. I’m sure she is going to ask for extra Berbere spice on the side. I would because I love it and this Gruner Veltliner is a great pairing for the heat.

Kelly. 2019 G.D. Vajra Rosa bella Rosato. Kelly wants her friends to talk it out in the middle of babysitting duties. She is going to need something once she’s home to decompress and this rosé from Italy is just the ticket. It is delicious, balanced, and goes down with and without food. It has become a staple in my home and I plan to stash a few bottles to have in the winter.
