A "Buzz" Worthy Dinner at the Fairmont Hotel, Washington, DC.

Pollinator Menu

I love the Fairmont Hotel in Washington, DC. I love the atmosphere, the service, and the way I always feel relaxed in the bar and the restaurant. I recently was a guest of the hotel to showcase how bees help the environment and how the restaurant uses their honey in the restaurant, Juniper

Most of the guests and people in the city don't realize the restaurant have bees on the roof. I was able to get a preview of where they keep the honeybees and the pollinator bees which for me was interesting because I didn't know the difference. I learned pollinator bees live for only month and honey bees for about two months.

After our tour of the bees, we headed back inside of a pollinator inspired menu in the courtyard of Juniper. The courtyard is a great escape in the busy city to enjoy a cocktail and friends.
